This is a premium handcrafted suede boot and is suitable for both men and women. Rogue refers to them as being a hybrid boot, somewhere between a vellie and a boot.Â
To us they resemble a style of stitchdown ‘Bush’ boots that have become synonymous with southern African footwear. These are a great choice for those determined to be the individual and who just have to be outdoors. Whatever you want to call them.Â
They have a beautiful 2mm suede upper that oozes ruggedness, a surprisingly grippy sole, a roomy toe box, a soft padded collar and they are so comfortable. These are like tough slippers, honestly, you won’t want to take them off!Â
We tested ours from March to October, in woodlands, wheat fields and sometimes muddy grasslands. We found them to be comfortable, tough, lightweight and a conversation starter!Â
You feel confident in them, they go with practically anything that you have in your wardrobe and the sole is easy to clean. What’s not to like?
Great for adventures when the weather is a little drier. But with suede protectors they still perform surprisingly well.Â
We like using ours in the garden, wearing to the shops and for quick dog walks.Â
Desert boots are a classic for a reason.
